Goal of the project

Our primary goal was to extend the building’s architectural and landscape design theme indoors. The bright white facades evoke waves rising over water, inspiring the complex’s internal nickname, "White Sea," which shaped our interior concept. We also needed to organize the compact lobby into distinct functional areas: a passage zone, reception, waiting area, and a dedicated coffee nook.
To develop an interesting philosophy for the project, we completely immersed ourselves in the atmosphere of the White Sea coast. Coincidentally, our customer also traveled to those parts at that time, but for real, and gave us beautiful and inspiring images. Looking at them, we developed unique details and objects that emphasized the interior and added personality to it.

Reception zone

Goals and values

There are several core values. First of all, the lobby sets you up for business. Clear edges, shapes, colors. The space is austere, but at the same time devoid of cold. Due to the soft texture of the wood in the decoration, due to interesting and bold solutions, space does not drive a person into an overly ascetic environment.
Design as an art object. The lobby is decorated with interesting solutions. It helps you briefly escape the fast-paced daily life of our capital and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the most philosophical seaside in the world.
The lobby is as comfortable and convenient as possible. The waiting area is separated into its own space, there are no obstacles in the walkway, and the reception area is large and user-friendly.

Office access area

The passage to the elevator zone, which provides access to the offices, is defined by a lowered ceiling. We decided to emphasize and enhance the geometry and chose wood-paneled finishes. Along the edge of the drop, we installed a shadow line profile—to create a sense of floating and thus lighten the volume.

Waiting area

The project team's favorite spot. The sofa modules are positioned behind a column, which shields them from the main lobby space and keeps them from obstructing the flow of traffic. A unique art object is nestled between the modules: a piece of driftwood, cast ashore by the North Sea. A chip from the corner of this icy-looking mass has created irregular edges that beautifully catch and reflect the light of the setting sun.
Another key feature of our interior is the dark northern boulder nestled at the base of the cabinet. Here, too, we see a play of forms and light. The clean lines of the furniture and panels are contrasted by the organic shape of the stone, creating a perfect harmony.

Elevator area

The elevators and their casing are made of dark metal. The metal panels are coated with a special protective compound that prevents minor scratches and fingerprints.
