About the project
The apartment of 130 m² is intended for a bachelor, with the possibility of converting the office into a children's room in the future. The planning solution is circular, with a walk-through dressing room. In addition to the common space of the kitchen-living room, the apartment has a bedroom and an office, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room and a laundry room.
Hall
In the hall, the accent is in the center of the cabinet, lined with brass, under which there is space for storing a pouf. The front door and adjoining wall are clad in slate veneer, with a sliding fluted door leading to the dressing room. Behind the mirrored door (Magic Union system) is the guest toilet.
Kitchen-living room
In the living room, the TV area is tiled with wide-format porcelain tiles with RGB lighting. Also there is a large TV screen, LG 83’’ Poliform armchair in light leather. The dark floor is an engineered board from Finex.
In the kitchen area, the accent element is the chandelier above the island. The island combines the cooking area with a stove and the dining area. The console rests on a glass leg. The kitchen is made of two materials. One is dark veneer and the upper cabinets are made in bronze transparent glass with lighting. The apron is made of spectacular textured steel with dark tinting.

Bedroom and loggia
In the bedroom, the accent is a bed made according to a designer’s sketch, with lighting around the perimeter. Lamps from Terzani create an interesting play of light on the sides. Opposite is a metal-tinted chest of drawers for linen and TV. On the loggia there is a place to relax and, a wall made of veneer panels for comfort.
Home office
The home office is designed for work with the possibility of converting it into a nursery in the future. The sofa area has backlit veneer panels. The shelving is open and light, just like the table, so as not to weigh down the space.
Main bathroom
Wall-mounted bathtub from Villeroy&Boch is black, the wall is lined with tinted textured steel. The shower and toilet are behind glass partitions. There is a sink made of stone with natural chipping and large format porcelain tiles on the walls and floors. There is a storage system next to the sink.
Guest bathroom
Large format porcelain tiles on the walls are combined with natural slate. The sink with hidden drain is made of stone with an active pattern. Storage is hidden behind the mirror on the right. There is a rain shower built into the ceiling.
