About the project

The walls had already been erected in the apartment according to the original design and the arrangement of furniture was ready, which suited us. This was the starting point for the design project.

Ready-made planning solution from another designer, erected partitions. Inconsistent decisions in redevelopment that had to be corrected. Difficulties with engineering communications.
The entrance area is quite spacious and connects to the kitchen and living room. They are separated only by a low divider, lined with veneer and tinted mirrors. In the hall there is a place for quick storage and a bench for sitting with, a small mirror and console. Everything is concise and minimalistic. A full-length mirror is located on the divider opposite the entrance. On the sides in the hall there are doors to the guest bathroom and dressing room.

Kitchen-living room

The kitchen is combined with the living room and the loggia is also included. The loggia is separated from the kitchen and living room by sliding glass partitions with a metallised net inside. The kitchen itself has high wall cabinets, behind which a box with ducted air conditioning is hidden.

There is a portal and apron made of porcelain stoneware under the terrazzo. Terrazzo is also used in hidden plinths - this is a groove into which tiles are glued, 25 cm high, and where an imitation of a hidden plinth is obtained.

Next to the kitchen there is a hidden door to the laundry room. In the center of the kitchen there is a large oval table for 6 people. On the loggia there is a relaxation area with an armchair and a small coffee table. Joinery products to order. Tiles are Kerlite. Chairs are Tacchini PIGRECO. Armchair is Restoration Hardware. Tables are 101 Copenhagen.
The living room has a sofa area with a small milky corner sofa and black concrete accent tables, as well as a concrete pedestal for vases from 101 Copenhagen. Sofa is Mnonova. Opposite the sofa there is a divider between the living room and the hall. On the divider there is a hanging cabinet and a TV, which stands on the cabinet, with an acoustic system on the sides.

The windows have neutral sand-colored curtains and wooden blinds. The windows and slopes themselves are white, matching the color of the walls, as neutral as possible. Accents in the kitchen, living room, loggia and hall are black carpentry and black concrete products, some accents on black household appliances and decorative lighting (chandelier and floor lamp).

Bedroom and office

The bedroom and office spaces are combined into one space and separated by sliding veneered partitions, pencil case is Union. The premises are made in the same color scheme as the apartment; along the perimeter of the walls there is a large plinth hidden from terrazzo porcelain stoneware. Behind the bed there is a large wardrobe, but one section of it is given over to a ducted air conditioning system.

Between the wardrobe and the bed there is a low partition and movable light partitions with lighting. In the corner of the bedroom there is a small boudoir table and a mirror.

The Boudoir pouf is 101 Copenhagen. The cabinets and bench near the wardrobe are custom carpentry. In the office there is a small Minotti sofa upholstered in sand, a Las armchair, and 101 Copenhagen tables.

The furniture in the office is laconic with, closed cabinets and shelves. There is a small work desk on a light glass base made of tinted glass. Above the sofa there is a shelf on which the customer’s collectible antique katana is located; this place is specially provided for it.

Children's room

The room was originally planned as a second office for the customer and as a guest room, but in the process everything changed a lot and the office was transformed into a nursery for a boy. Everything here is quite laconic and restrained, for growth. The bed has a future, but for now there will be a gray crib. In the crib area there is an L-shaped ledge with lights that replace a night light, as well as Vibif sconces in delicate pastel colors.
The accent in the room is the color combination of soft blue and marsala. These combinations can be found on the carpet, curtains and sconces. Opposite the bed are wardrobes, bookcases and a small chest of drawers. In the future, there will be a light desk for studying in front of the window.

Bathroom

The bathroom is made in the basic range and materials of the entire apartment. Here are terrazzo porcelain tiles in an offset layout.

There are Veneered cabinets, black accent metal shelves and black accessories. The sink is made of black concrete. The accent is a free-standing bathtub in matt gray, which matches perfectly with the toilet. The feature of the bath is the water supply from the overflow.

The wall in the sink area is completely covered in a tinted mirror, on which hangs a huge round mirror and a brass frame. This technique visually expands the space and creates an unusual effect. Plumbing fixtures are Bette, Keuco, Cielo. Tiles are Kerlite porcelain.
