Initially, the concept drew inspiration from Melasti Beach - one of Bali’s most beautiful beaches, located on the Bukit Peninsula in the southern part of the island. The preliminary project concept includes:
- Developing the master plan
- Shaping the overall project concept
- Refining the preliminary vision for the future space
- Calculating the technical and economic indicators
CONCEPT
Inspiration and Vision The concept is inspired by water its movement, sound, and energy. This reflects both the proximity to the ocean and the atmosphere of tranquility and harmony we aim to create for our guests.
MASTER PLAN
From the entrance (located at the lower part of the plan), the central axis leads to the reception area Pavilion 3. And the restaurant - Pavilion 2. In the lower right section, you’ll find standalone family villas.
The entire upper part of the master plan is dedicated to the aparthotel, featuring various internal courtyards. Courtyard 4 is designed with family-friendly infrastructure, while Courtyard 5 caters to a more adult-oriented atmosphere.
A pedestrian promenade leads to the reception and restaurant, where an artificial waterfall adds a dynamic touch. A small decorative pool encircles the building, creating the impression of a water lily floating on water. The rooftop serves as an open public space, offering breathtaking ocean views.
