The "Dune" Villas Complex is a compact development of villas, for which we designed two typologies: 50 m² and 80 m². The design concept is fully inspired by the universe of Dune, aiming to authentically capture its atmosphere and intricate details.
Upon entering, the view opens to an inner courtyard, while the interior welcomes you with minimalist finishes accented by terracotta-pink tones.
The walls feature a concrete-like plaster texture, lending the space a modern, rugged aesthetic. The kitchen facades are adorned with protruding wooden letters in the language of the Dune universe, adding a unique thematic touch.
The inner courtyard is equipped with a pool lined with terracotta-pink tiles, which give the water an unusual hue, creating an Instagram-worthy effect.
BEDROOM
The wall panel with fish above the bed is a direct homage to the design in the protagonist’s bedroom from Dune.
The door to the bathroom is cleverly concealed, flanked by mirrored portals that visually expand the space.
The air conditioner is discreetly hidden within a slatted furniture structure.
Opposite the bed, we placed a wardrobe area and a small table for convenience.
The second bedroom follows a similar design but features a unique window that defines the room’s entire aesthetic.
BATHROOM
The bathroom follows the same color palette, with travertine in terracotta tones used for a cohesive and luxurious finish.
