Task
To develop a design for apartments with standard finishes from the developer in such a way as to demonstrate the possibility of making a spectacular and unique design with a neutral finish from the developer.
Solution
As part of this project, we have developed several design options based on standard finishes, more relaxed in light and dark tones and one alternative ultra-modern design with bright accents - for the most daring buyers.
This approach will allow the buyer of an apartment with a finish from the developer to imagine and understand that the finished finish in this residential complex does not limit the ability to make a variety of solutions, including those that are clearly not similar to the standard design.
Project Features
The concept is built on the contrast between the calm, natural-material finishes and bold, minimalist furniture.
The focal point is the kitchen set with a red glass island, complete with backlighting and a monochrome work zone in the same color. This shade is echoed in one module of the sofa set. The composition is balanced by a large, minimalist floor lamp.
All kitchen storage is concealed in tall, floor-to-ceiling cabinets with veneer facades. To the left of the kitchen, wall panels in the same veneer create the impression of a wooden wall, which is visually 'sliced' by the bold 'cube' of the kitchen. The veneer panels feature a minimalist built-in shelf composition.
The dining table grows from the island, extending its volume and making the overall composition cohesive and uncluttered. This avoids the feeling of a space overcrowded with mismatched furniture.
To the right of the kitchen set, we placed a full-height wine cabinet, crafted from the same stone as the fireplace area.
On the top floor of this residential complex, there is an opportunity to install a wood-burning fireplace in the apartment. In our concept, we explored this scenario to showcase all the possibilities to potential buyers.

We tried to convey the value to the developer's clients. An opportunity to see how impressive a typical finish can look if you choose the right furniture and textiles.
