- A separate pavilion with a sauna, gym and outdoor workout area.
- An area with a large swimming pool, a bar and various sofa groups for relaxing in solitude or in a large group.
Initially, we were faced with the task of increasing the cost of apartments through high-quality architecture and design, which would make this project stand out from its competitors. At the very start of the work, together with the Customer, we analyzed and clearly understood the target audience, reflecting their values in the architecture, interiors and landscaping details.
Thus was born a concept with a neutral, noble base made of quality materials and accent details that echo in the exterior and interiors, creating a single visual image of the complex.

One of the main tasks is to create a point of attraction, a space where hotel residents will want to bring their friends. Therefore, we paid a lot of attention to the public building, making a multi-level complex architecture and placing many different zones.

We have developed several types of apartments - from small studios to two-story lofts and penthouses. Each apartment was designed taking into account all the necessary furniture and equipment.
In addition to this, all engineering aspects have been thought out such as ducted ventilation and air conditioning, video surveillance, convenient communication with the reception area and so on.

Immediately after developing the concept of the complex, we involved Indonesian contractors in the project to develop the design and engineering - water supply, sewerage, air conditioning and ventilation, and electrical design.
We have crafted an architectural and design project in collaboration with contractors to ensure the highest quality outcome, where technical considerations are seamlessly integrated into the design without compromising its integrity, and where design is closely intertwined with real-life needs.

Inspired by the shapes of rice fields, the complex's linear architecture seamlessly integrates into the Balinese landscape, combining the best of building and natural materials.
