OBJECTIVE
Our task was to design two reception areas in two different sections of the residential complex, as well as standard floors and a parking area with storage rooms.
The main challenge was to create a design that aligned with the confident comfort-class level, bordering on business-class, while remaining cost-effective to implement. The goal was to achieve a premium feel without excessive expenditure.
LOBBY
In each lobby, we designed practical and cozy spaces to enhance convenience and comfort for residents.
To create a comfort-class design that feels close to business-class while remaining cost-effective, we focused on a neutral base with thoughtful, thematic accents inspired by the "Forest Collection" concept.
We started with a neutral color palette as the foundation, ensuring versatility and timelessness. To this, we added natural wood textures to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that aligns with the forest theme.
Natural textures were used in the flooring and even on mailboxes, reinforcing the organic and authentic feel of the space.
These textures ensure that every element, no matter how small, contributes to the harmonious and natural atmosphere.
RECEPTION AREA
Pendant lights were installed above the reception areas, serving as both functional lighting and decorative elements. These fixtures add a touch of elegance while maintaining a natural, organic feel.
Large posters depicting forests in different seasons were placed in the reception areas and on the standard floors. These posters not only reinforce the "Forest Collection" theme but also create a connection to nature, enhancing the overall ambiance.
