About the project

Contemporary design with Balinese elements because our customer is a travel lover to the island of Bali. In this project we converted a wine cabinet into a guitar cabinet.

Hall

The entrance area is combined with the kitchen-living room. In the hallway, a floor-length mirror and black-tinted glass facades are used on the wardrobe to visually increase the space. The decoration of the hallway wall uses 3D gypsum panels with a slatted pattern, which are illuminated with an LED strip. The wardrobe has a standard depth and is divided into storage systems:
  • Clothes hanger
  • A place to place a low-current panel with a router and a power panel with access from the cabinet
This location remains at the original site proposed by the developer.

Kitchen-living room

The living room and kitchen space are combined into one room. The overall color scheme is black and white combined with a complex shade of wood. The color accent is the green sofa, as well as the use of concrete texture on the wall with a projector screen.
The kitchen area is divided into three parts:
  • Cooking area (kitchen set)
  • Area for gatherings with friends
  • Dinner Zone
The first two zones are united by one material – large-format NERO MARQUINA marble-effect porcelain stoneware. It is used on the hallway floor, kitchen floor, kitchen countertop and kitchen island.
Above the dining table, a pendant lamp made from a single piece of glass with concave and convex compartments was used from Mayicestudio, FILAMENTO. Bar stools are Eiffel Wood Stools from sohoConcept.

Eco-friendly materials were used for the kitchen - painted MDF facades, which do not leave fingerprints, in combination with veneered MDF facades.

The sofa group is divided into several parts and a corner section to comfortably accommodate 5-10 guests and enjoy viewing a home cinema. A bright accent of the living area is the Freeman Minotti sofa.
For comfortable viewing of the home cinema, there are electrically operated Roman blinds, which will be hidden in the ceiling niche during the daytime.

To facilitate a comfortable stay for apartment customers, various lighting scenarios are provided: bright light is for work and softer lighting, dimmable track lamps, decorative lighting are for relaxation and watching TV.

Bedroom

The color scheme of the bedroom continues in the same shades as the kitchen-living room and office. The main focus of the room is on the wall behind the head of the bed. It is decorated with decorative plaster in combination with veneered MDF panels.

Pendant lamps on both sides of the bed are made of Damio Black Vaspi STUDIO concrete. The Minotti SPENCER bed is upholstered in eco-leather.

Study (study room)

This room is intended for work and also for overnight guests. Therefore, a large custom-made work desk and a folding sofa are used here. The work chair, at the request of the customer, is existing.

The accent of the office was the wall behind the sofa. It is decorated with concrete-like plaster and illuminated niches. There are profiles installed in the niches inside the wall, along which you can move the shelves along the length of the entire wall. The color scheme of the room follows the color scheme of the entire apartment.

Bathrooms

Made in dark colors. The emphasis is on the use of wood-look surfaces:
  • Covering the toilet installation with moisture-resistant veneered MDF panels.
  • Wall-hung cabinet is finished in veneer in the same shade of wood as throughout the apartment.
The furniture is made to order according to sketches and drawings. Niches in the wall are used to store various accessories in the shower area.

The guest bathroom uses ArtCeram, Villeroy-boch, Tece sanitary ware and Gessi and Bossini faucets.

For a comfortable stay of customers, various lighting scenarios are provided: main light, decorative lighting for furniture and niches, as well as decorative pendant lamps LEE BROOM ORION GLOBE LIGHT.

The tiles in the guest bathroom are from the manufacturer REX CERAMICHE, collection ESPRIT DE REX
